Scope Of Work
RICE Security and Consulting provided Site Security Management, Contractor and Sub-Contractor accountability though our signature Contractor Management System.
- Weekly status reports to Project Supervisors, Superintendents, Safety, and Engineers.
- Participated in weekly safety and punch list meetings with primary stakeholders and vendors
- Interfaced with Sub-contractor leadership to advise on risks and risk tolerance
- Managed temporary labor once onsite
Overcame delays due to natural disaster (Hurricanes' Florence and Matthew) by providing briefing to the leadership gleaned from NC Department of Safety
