Scope Of Work
Heritage Commons II is a two-story, 115,202 square foot office building located directly off I-35W in the booming AllianceTexas region with quick access to downtown Fort Worth, Denton, and DFW Airport. Designed and constructed by LEED®-accredited professionals, Heritage Commons II includes added components to reduce environmental impact and increase energy savings for the customer. The efficient building layout with large windows allows for abundant natural light exposure and views of a heavily lanscaped courtyard. Built in 2008, the building is in excellent condition, with fully built out suites offering an opportunity for expedited operations.
