With the success of developing the Guest House Cottages in The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Pyramid has embarked on an unprecedented level of new development within The Reserve developing Phase I and II of Village Point, the Laurel Pond neighborhood, High Grove, and both the Pool Pavilion complex and Tennis & Fitness facility.

Pyramid’s sister company, Sexton Griffith Custom Builders located near Greenville, S.C., has over two decades of custom home building experience and is a member of The Reserve’s Showcase Builder Program.
