Scope Of Work
As Construction Manager, Wolgast oversaw the demolition, asbestos abatement and the complete renovation and upgrade of Lemmer Elementary School.
The Escanaba High School has undergone additions and renovations, including a new wood shop, new art room and science labs. Additionally, they have installed new roofs, and mechanical/electrical systems. Wolgast has also managed the construction of the interior finish of the art room, new music room addition, new multi-purpose room addition, classrooms, science labs and administrative office space.
