Scope Of Work
The Fairfield Inn and Suites project, built for Fair Oaks Hospitality, LLC, included the new construction of a four-story, 64,033 square foot hotel on the campus of Fair Oaks Farm in Fair Oaks, IN. The 99-key hotel displays barn-style architecture with red siding, a gambrel roof, and metal clad silos. Construction consisted of a slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a wood structural frame, an exterior of LP SmartSide siding, stone veneer, and metal panels, and a seam metal roof with asphalt shingles and membrane materials. The project also featured an indoor pool with a water slide and an indoor/outdoor hot tub. The Fairfield Inn and Suites project resulted in a unique hospitality experience for the enjoyment of locals and tourists.
