Project Overview
We completed the planning, design, construction management and project closeout for City of Romney’s $15 million wastewater treatment plant to comply with Chesapeake Bay nutrient removal efforts and safeguard Romney’s environmental health along with providing for the area’s economic growth.
Stricter Effluent Limits imposed due to Chesapeake Bay Initiative
Existing Clarifiers at the plant were repurposed as Post Equalization Basins
This successful project received a First Place Award from ACECWV in the Waste and Storm Water Category
