The Master Plan
The Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, located in Dunbar, West Virginia, accommodates the burials of West Virginia Veterans on 354 acres. The cemetery master plan includes 2,200 sq ft public information center/administrative building, a 1,000 sq ft committal service shelter, a 2,800 sq ft maintenance building and over 22,000 casketed and cremation burial grave-sites.

The Design intent of the master plan was to plan with purpose in dedication to those who served our country.
