Scope Of Work
The JAM House is a live work space designed by Jeremy Miller, Compton Construction’s Estimator and Drafter. Jeremy acquired a vacant lot through the Columbus Land Bank program, and designed the custom home to fit his lifestyle. The House is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1500 sq/ft home that features natural light and high ceilings. There is a loft area, an eat in kitchen, and great room for hosting gatherings. Overall, the design features “minimalist” style, and modern finishes to highlight a unique space.
