Scope Of Work
Design-Build adaptive reuse of the historic non-profit Fannie C Harris Elementary School into a state-of-the-art youth center located adjacent to the State Fair of Texas grounds. The space serves as a temporary housing and learning space for underprivileged Dallas youth. Through a Design-Assist Delivery Rudick created a much-needed sanctuary for at-risk young people which included 35 new beds, an elevator, kitchen, hangout space, library, and even a recording studio.
