Scope Of Work
Interiors build out included the relocation and interior renovation transformation for a technology gaming innovation company into a multitenant second-generation office building. The new location offered our client nearly 10,000 SF of space. The renovation of the existing space, into a multifunction commercial office, included 18 private offices, open workspaces, a cafe, and collaborative team space. The floorplan provides functional workflow within a creative teaming environment.
