Scope Of Work
Large scale addition project to an existing campus for Lafayette Parish schools consisted of 4 new classroom buildings, as well as, multiple-purpose and administrative buildings. This condensed active campus required a high level of scheduling, safety measures, and coordination between the owner and construction workers in order to make the project a success. Further complicating the build was an increase in subs due to the varying types of construction across multiple buildings which included brick and structural block work, pre-engineered metal building, structural steel, wood framing, and wood trusses.
