Scope Of Work
Greenfield build for the Louisiana Wildlife Fisheries Department’s Region 5 located in Lake Charles, Louisiana brings 10,000 SF of new space for the department. The facility houses their enforcement, wildlife and fisheries staff that cover the SW region of the state. There is also a marine lab and space for their Biologist & field techs to operate. The building is wood framed with a pre-engineered wood truss system, shingle roofing and a mixture of brick and metal panel façade. Interior is typical office finishes – drywall, LVT and carpet flooring.
