Scope Of Work
Operating as a Construction Manager at Risk, Rudick performed renovation work and upgrades to the existing McKinney Christian Middle School. The project’s scope included new science laboratories, teacher’s lounge, conference room, and courtyard upgrades. The project’s schedule was of the utmost importance as the remodel required completion ahead of students’ return.
