Nathan Anderson's Bio
Nathan is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states.
Throughout his twenty-three plus year career
he has provided
engineering design, master planning, and accounting management for
projects within the
industrial and municipal market. Having
managed projects with budgets up to $82MM, Nathan has expertise
in all aspects of master planning, project management and building
design, process design, controls, scheduling,
budgeting, cost
control, and the management of design professionals.

Michael Worrell's Bio
Michael joined Rooker in May 2017 as a Project Coordinator for Rooker's office development division. In his role on the development team, Michael fulfills due diligence needs, closeout packages, lease assignments, and property research. He additionally contributes to the construction management team, providing aid through project tracking, reports, and construction document review.
Michael graduated cum laude from Georgia Tech in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Prior to joining Rooker, Michael attained a co-op with Delta Air Lines in Project Management and completed a yearlong consulting project for XPO Logistics.

John Braswell's Bio
John joined Rooker in October of 2009 and is now Senior Vice President of Development. John has 25 years experience in commercial design, development and construction. John is responsible for Rooker's Office development division.
John focuses primarily on the development of leased facilities for GSA, the real estate management division of the U.S. Government, the State of Georgia and private sector Class A office space. In this role John’s responsibilities include relationship management, research of development opportunities, underwriting deals, structuring development opportunities and managing GSA, State and Private Sector bid processes
Since 1999 John has developed 35 office projects in 9 Southern States encompassing over 1 million square feet of space.
Philip Perry's Bio
Philip joined Rooker in 2015 after spending 7 years at Studley serving as a GSA National Broker where he was responsible for all of Studley's GSA transactions in Region 4. In this role as GSA's tenant representative, Philip was involved in requirements development, public advertisement, site selection, lease document preparation, lease negotiation, and construction coordination. Philip brings with him vast experience in GSA leasing and development having completed over 100 transactions in 8 Southeastern States encompassing over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of GSA leased space.
Philip focuses on the acquisition of existing and the development of new leased facilities for GSA and other state government agencies. In this role Philip’s responsibilities include relationship management, research of acquisition and development opportunities, deal underwriting, structuring development opportunities, and managing the bid processes.
Philip received a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia Tech and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Tech with a BS in Business Management. He was also a four-year letter winner on the Georgia Tech Baseball Team and was drafted by the New York Mets (1999) and the St. Louis Cardinals (2002).
Philip is a licensed CPA in Georgia. He is married and has three children.
Shannon Braswell's Bio
Shannon has 6 years of experience managing full service GSA leases, and joined Rooker in 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she has since been involved in the real estate business through design, construction and development of both residential and commercial properties for over 20 years.
Shannon’s role is to insure complete tenant satisfaction through vetting of existing service providers. She will also analyze the cost of services to determine if cost savings is achievable and if so, leverage existing national and regional service provider contracts to bring measured cost savings to each acquired property.

Cheryl Davis's Bio
Cheryl joined the Rooker team in 2018. In her current role, Cheryl will be responsible for the day-to-day management of government occupied properties with a focus on customer service, process management and quality controls. Cheryl’s attention to detail and desire to exceed customer expectations are her driving force.
In addition to her strong skills in customer service, she has experience in property accounting including budgeting, contract management, financial reporting, and vendor/tenant account processing; lease administration; insurance review and claims processing, tax review and appeals, and property due diligence for sales and refinancing; construction management including bid preparation and supervision of make-ready, tenant improvements and capital projects. Her projects have included building systems repair/replacement of roofs, HVAC, EODs, dock levelers and dock doors, storefront systems, ESFR pump systems, fire control panels and asphalt mill/replace/reclamation and concrete stabilization projects; building repairs and maintenance services including annual inspection and oversight of maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, roofs, dock equipment, BFP, janitorial and general building assessments; landscape planning/renovations.
Cheryl started her career with MD Hodges in Atlanta and possesses 16 years of property management. She has managed commercial real estate portfolios in multiple markets in including Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia working on the Owner as well as Third Party management platforms.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Studies from Kennesaw State University. She lives in Atlanta and has two sons, ages 28 and 26.
