Henry Schein had researched Lexington as an ideal location for their next distribution center. Two separate designs were offered by Denham-Blythe to not only meet their process scope needs but to also meet their brand interests.
LEED certified facility features include: green roof, concrete tilt-up wall construction, and occupancy sensor lighting
LEED certified site features include: pervious concrete parking lot, rainwater catchment, and landscaping
More than 90% of construction waste was diverted
