Scope Of Work
Hino Motors was positioned to continue to grow their facility by expanding their product lines. Denham-Blythe provided design-build services for the spacious expansion able to accommodate current or any future possible process layouts.
Building based upon expansive 65'x65' bays to allow flexibility for future process line programming
Designed against structurally challenging conditions of a high seismic zone and poor geotechnical strata near the Mississippi River
Built heavily reinforced restroom core to serve as tornado shelter
Expanded chip dock & disposal operations
