Kentucky Eye Institute wished to move out of their existing rental space and build their own facility while offering tenant space for other professional medical groups. Denham-Blythe's design-build services were crucial to design and construct this office project in six months.

Created over 80 rooms including spaces for reception, offices, conference, examination, laboratories, and telemedicine

Constructed 2-story office building featuring masonry cladding, architectural glass panels, and seafoam green standing seam foyer and accents

Designed a flexible program and built half of second floor as "build-to-suit" for future tenant
