New Office Building
Lexhold Development's goal was to create an engaging office building that would attract office tenants to the University of Kentucky's Cold Stream Research Campus. In addition to the construction management, Denham-Blythe provided the structural, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical design for this 5-story glass and precast clad office facility. Project Highlights:
33,000 sf/floor utilizing four 250-ton air handler units
5-story front atrium with spider glass facade
3 high-end elevators
18"x18" Italian marble floor tile throughout lobby
