Senko USA responded to a growing market for clients who needed storage of cooled products. Denham-Blythe's design-build services were well-suited to create a flexible facility programming that would allow for rooms to be purposed for room temperature, cooler, or freezer conditions while not disrupting work flow and shipping lanes.

Constructed temporary barrier walls to not upset adjacent existing cooler and freezer spaces

Built from our architectural details to inhibit harborage and enhance cleanliness

Employed 5" and 4" insulated metal panels

Placed heat recovery system under the concrete slab on grade

Designed and installed back-up generator power

Installed occupancy-sensor lighting systems
