As Chief Executive Officer, Bill Quenemoen is responsible for creating improved positioning of our company’s opportunities as well as oversight of general company production. These strategic planning efforts include maintaining client relations and ensuring our design-build teams are communicating, collaborating, and focusing on client needs. Bill’s trademark value is to provide a transparent construction experience for our clients, often exceeding their expectations. He was originally hired as a structural design engineer in 1995. After a few years, he transitioned from design to field operations where he gained a well-rounded knowledge base of all phases of construction and quickly advanced. Since then, he's held positions as Project Manager, Design Department Manager, and Executive Vice President of Marketing & Sales. Bill’s care for Denham-Blythe’s employees and clients continues to empower our organization’s team-oriented model, creating professionals who work closely and effectively together to ensure each project's success.

Bill Ramsey oversees all operations for the Louisville office. He plays an active role in the pre-construction phase of projects which includes capital appropriation estimates, design and budget planning, and sales engagement administration. Bill’s previous experience of owning his own business gave him the initiative to take on business development for Denham-Blythe Company. For the last 14 years, Bill has helped to grow our Tennessee office by using a proactive project management approach of understanding the client’s values first, and then collecting the resources and teams that will best accomplish the task. Bill’s efforts in nurturing client relationships continues to develop and grow Denham-Blythe’s repeat customer portfolio.

Casey Dunn administers Denham-Blythe Company’s day-to-day internal operations. He works closely with Human Resources to recruit professional staff, liaising with all insurance and benefits companies, mitigating risk management, and managing a wide array of preconstruction and construction services for design-build projects in various states. From the start of his career as a field engineer in 1999, Casey’s meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle a heavy workload won him a quick advancement to the positions of Estimator, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. His ability to manage a project team at a high level while also digging into the details has resulted in the execution of many technical projects, earning client trust and repeat business.

Michael Patterson oversees Human Resources, Accounting, Safety, assets, preconstruction and construction services for the Lexington office. Integrity, respect, and communication make up the fundamentals of Michael’s team-centered management approach. He joined Denham-Blythe’s project management team in 2003, bringing his expertise in the healthcare, equine, and manufacturing sectors. Michael’s belief that success isn’t measured in the dollar amount or project volume but instead the relationships that are developed throughout the journey, is reflected in his dedication to the leadership of our organization.

As President of Denham-Blythe Company’s Southeast US region, Vance Hohn oversees sales, projects, personnel, and recruitment for the Tennessee office. After joining Denham-Blythe in 1995 as a field engineer, Vance had the opportunity to put his field experience to work and was able to help build a variety of large-scale projects before being promoted to Superintendent and eventually Project Manager. In 1999, Vance spearheaded the founding of our Tennessee office and continues to lead the dedicated force behind our company’s efforts in middle Tennessee and western Kentucky. Vance’s leadership approach stems from his deep commitment to Denham-Blythe Company’s greatest asset, our employees, for whom he goes above and beyond to ensure a life-work balance.

Marty Trimble manages Denham-Blythe Company’s estimating department, which involves the creation of detailed cost estimates through close collaboration with the entire project team during the preconstruction phase. Marty’s interest to pursue a career in construction began in college during his internship with a highway contractor where he was exposed to estimating and project management. Since accepting a field engineering position with Denham-Blythe in 1997, Marty has held positions as Superintendent, Field Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. Marty’s attention to detail and accuracy placed him in a natural leadership role where he has been able to mentor project managers and the estimating team.

Adam Jones oversees the Design Department by providing technical expertise and coordination as the primary contact between project managers and design team, in addition to general management of designers and design processes. Adam joined Denham-Blythe Company as a field engineer but was quickly placed in the design department where he moved up in the ranks to become a Senior Structural Engineer. While in this position he was afforded the opportunity to be the lead engineer on some of Denham-Blythe’s larger projects for clients including Logan Aluminum, Okonite, and ABC Technologies. Adam’s leadership has enabled Denham-Blythe’s high-performing Design Department to efficiently employ the design-build system into 85% of our projects.

Michael Morgan II is responsible for developing client and subcontractor partner relationships as well as the acquisition and management of projects in the Carolinas. Since joining Denham-Blythe Company in 2000, Michael has successfully completed projects for a variety of companies and industries including the chemical industry, tile manufacture, automotive assembly, parts manufacture, food and beverage industry, pet food processing, as well as commercial and tech related industries. From Field Engineer to Superintendent and then Project Manager, Michael’s commitment to continual improvement along with providing the best possible service to our clients has been instrumental in the reliability of each project he delivers.
