Scope Of Work
RME is a General Contractor who provides on-going task order projects for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) headquarters in Washington DC (two buildings) and their regional office in Virginia (six buildings) equaling 2.5M square feet. The buildings are managed by EMCOR Government Services. All buildings are primarily office spaces that include: classrooms, daycare facilities, cafeterias and a hotel. These hi-rise buildings are fully occupied with security clearance access requirements.
We perform renovation work to include: self performing temporary relocation of partitions, installation of new partitions, new ceiling systems, door frames, hardware installation, and painting. To accommodate the renovated work, RME is also responsible for the coordination with other trades such as; mechanical, plumbing and flooring subcontractors.
