Scope Of Work
Rich Moe Enterprises, LLC (RME) was the General Contractor selected for this interior renovation project for the College of Medicine at Howard University. Howard University is a coeducational private doctoral/research-extensive university. This project included 35,000 S.F. of interior alterations to provide three simulation rooms, two conference type rooms, a task training room, along with various support and office spaces.
The scope included demolition of existing nonstructural partition, with RME self performing the interior fit-out and finishes. The new work included addition of architectural elements, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The mechanical work also included a new roof top air handling unit to serve the Simulation Lab.
