Scope Of Work
The renovation project includes high-performance lighting replacement, installation of high-performance HVAC components and installation of roof membranes for solar generation. These upgrades will reduce energy demand, operation and maintenance costs, improve the building system control and occupant comfort.
RME performed the installation of new gypsum wall assemblies, repairs to plaster around windows, also remove and re-install existing window wood trim, kitchen cabinets and cleaned blast curtains.
