Scope Of Work
Market & Johnson’s project team developed a strategy to address challenging site conditions that necessitated mass grading and site work before construction could start on this 218,628 square foot retail store located on Eau Claire’s south side. The new Mills Fleet Farm store includes a lumberyard, decorative silo, convenience store, and car wash.
