Scope Of Work

This new 13,710 sq. ft. Menomonie Food Co-op has a large retail area allowing the store to offer more locally produced foods than it could at its old location. Additional features include a produce area, full kitchen, deli and cafe area, office space and an education classroom that will seat about 40 people. The building is a partial two-story masonry and steel construction containing a flat roof as well as brick and cement board siding panels on the exterior.
