Scope Of Work
The School District of Spring Valley relocated their current downtown elementary school to the middle/high school campus to create efficiency for the school district.
The new 93,000 square foot elementary school includes prekindergarten-5 classrooms, LMC with a STEM lab. The secure reception area provides ample office space, staff workspaces, a nurses station/sick room, and a conference room. The cafeteria offers a new kitchen and serving area with office space, a freezer, cooler, and dry storage that provides walk-thru access to the adjacent receiving area. The gymnasium has a stage platform for school performances and is easily accessible to the nearby locker rooms, concession stand, and athletic and PE storage.
The new school has air conditioning and a safe new playground. The bell from the old school is placed near the entrance of the new building.
