Holly Ward's Bio
Holly Ward currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for MG McGrath. Holly is responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the company and serves as the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Holly holds a Bachelor in Accounting Degree and a Master’s in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University. Holly’s Accounting and Financial Management background consists of 20 years of experience spent across several industries, with a core focus in the strategic financial leadership of privately owned growth companies. Holly is very passionate about her role as a CFO and the impact her teams can have on the success of the organization. She most enjoys mentoring her team members and helping drive positive change and improvement initiatives within the finance and accounting functions and throughout the organization as a whole.
Mike P. McGrath's Bio
Mike P. McGrath currently serves as President of Operations for MG McGrath. Accrediting his father as his mentor, Mike began his career with MG McGrath sweeping warehouse floors at a young age, eventually growing with the family business as an Apprentice, a Journeyman, a Foreman, and then a Project Manager, before assuming his previous post as Vice President of Operations. During that time, Mike earned his Associate’s degree from the Minnesota School of Business and became a member of Sheet Metal Local 10.
As President of MG McGrath, Mike P. McGrath is responsible for all aspects of the business. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he is a transformational leader whose deft understanding of architectural sheet metal applications and high-volume operations have helped grow and develop MG McGrath’s teams and technologies in order to be able to take on bigger and more architecturally complex projects than ever before. With projects in motion from New York to Los Angeles, and in-between, Mike works closely with architects, contractors and clients, armed with the company motto “bringing ideas to life.” Recent accomplishments include the award-winning Florida Polytechnic University Innovation, Science and Technology Building (FL), Pinnacle Bank Arena (NE), Mall of America Radisson Blu Hotel (MN), Mall of America Expansion Phase 1C (MN), Central Corridor and Light Rail Transit (MN), Mayo Clinic Square (MN), Facebook West Campus (CA), CHS Field (MN), Anytime Fitness Headquarters (MN), Speed Art Museum (KY), and the University of California, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (CA). Current projects in progress include the U.S. Bank Stadium, the future home of the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings and largest construction project in Minnesota history.
Mike is member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association Union Local #10, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and, partnering with American Institute of Architects, he teaches industry specific continuing education seminars.
Mike McGrath's Bio
Mike McGrath currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MG McGrath. In 1985, Mike formed MG McGrath, Inc., an Architectural Sheet Metal Fabricator and Installer. MG McGrath specializes in exterior commercial and industrial wall and roof systems, including, but not limited to, designing, engineering, fabricating, and installing. Mike has over 35, years of experience in commercial and industrial sheet metal roofing and sheet metal wall systems, as well as flat roofing systems. This comprises of writing specifications, engineering exterior façade systems, designing roofing-related sheet metal, metal plate wall systems, composite metal wall systems, along with various other custom wall panel systems. MG McGrath has designed, engineered, fabricated and installed all the systems mentioned above. Mike was on the Design and Advisory Committee for the most recent SMARCA sheet metal manual. Mike also served on the Board of Directors of the Builders Exchange of St. Paul from 1995-1996, was Vice President in 1998, and served as President of the Builders Exchange of St. Paul from 1999-2000. Mike presently serves on the JATC (Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee). The JATC is committed to helping prepare future sheet metal for workers for a skill that is unlike any other in the industry. The sheet metal industry is unique as it is the only trade that designs, manufactures (fabricates) and installs its own products. In the construction industry one of the most important features of a structure is the foundation. When Mike started MG McGrath in 1985, his main foundation was to build a company based on quality, integrity, safety, and professionalism. This rock-solid foundation has built a well-respected company in the construction industry with a passion for innovation, a desire for modernism, a craving for challenges, and optimized originality in the sheet metal trade.

Ben Wagner currently serves as a Senior Project Estimator for MG McGrath. Ben holds a degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating from Dunwoody College of Technology and joined the MG McGrath team in 2012. Ben provides comprehensive estimates, design and value engineering and budgeting from start to finish. Ben works directly with the project managers as details develop, researching associated costs for alternative materials and labor costs. Dylan Cox's Bio
Dylan Cox serves as a Project Estimator for MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces. Dylan currently holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of Minnesota – Duluth. Since joining MG McGrath, Dylan has been an asset to the Sales and Estimating team throughout the project development process of several projects. In addition to participating in scope definition and clarification, Dylan assists in pre-construction planning by completing takeoffs to develop comprehensive estimates and research of associated costs for alternative solutions and scheduling needs. Kyle McGinnity serves as a Project Estimator for MG McGrath. Kyle holds a degree in Construction Project Management from Dunwoody College of Technology. Terry Loftus Jr.'s Bio
Terry Loftus Jr. currently serves as a Project Estimator for MG McGrath. Terry holds a degree in Sheet Metal Design and Fabrication from Saint Paul College and completed the Apprenticeship Program through the Sheet Metal Workers Local 10 Union leaving as a journeyman in the membership. He joined the MG McGrath team in 2018. Terry provides comprehensive estimates, design, and value engineering and budgeting from start to finish. He works directly with the contractors and owners as details develop, researching associated costs for alternative materials and labor costs. Terry participates in project development activities, including scope definition, pre-construction planning, and development of construction cost estimates. Ilja Aljoskin's Bio
Ilja Aljoskin serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces and has since 2017. Ilja holds a degree from California State University in Accounting. Ilja brings knowledge of many different aspects of the industry, having worked with various rainscreen facades, terracotta, and natural stone. He works directly with general contractors, architects, and consultants to deliver projects within time and budget, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Ilja overlooks every stage of the project delivery, including design assist, shop drawings, engineering, fabrication, and installation

Jessie LaSalle currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Jessie attended the University of North Dakota and joined the MG McGrath team in 2016. As a Project Manager, Jessie assists the project management team in establishing project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Jessie works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
Jono Semlak's Bio
Jono Semlak currently serves as a Director of Project Management for MG McGrath. After completing a 5-year apprenticeship with the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Union Local 10, Jono worked in the field for eight years and later became a Project Manager in 2010. As the Director of Project Management, Jono works directly with project managers, construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Jono works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication, and equipment according to the prescribed schedule. He also works with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design & construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.

Katie Baldwin currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Katie hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and has five years of experience in the construction and steel industry. As a project Manager, Katie works directly with construction managers, architects, and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Katie works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
Lee Pepin's Bio
Lee Pepin serves as Director of Virtual Design Construction for MG McGrath, Inc. Lee joined the MG McGrath team in 2011 with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating from Dunwoody College of Technology. Along with that, he brings to his position hands-on experience from the field.
As the Director of the department, Lee leads the VDC department with aspects spanning from inception of design to completion in the field. He works internally with the project managers and job supervisors to ensure that virtual design not only meets specifications, but is also executable for a successful installation in the field. In doing so, he utilizes various modes of technology to ensure that accurate drawings are provided on-schedule to the invested parties.
Luke Rassmussen's Bio
Luke Rassmussen currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Luke has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, joining the MG McGrath team as a field worker in 2008 before becoming Project Manager in 2011. Luke studied Business Economics at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and also completed an apprenticeship with the Sheet Metal Workers International Association Union Local 10. As a project Manager, Luke works directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Mark LaSalle currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for MG McGrath. Mark has 30 years of experience in the architectural sheet metal industry working directly with architects and general contractors developing new systems for project specific needs. As a Senior Project Manager Mark manages the projects by working directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish design criteria as it develops. Mark evaluates alternative materials, systems and methods, in regards to the intent of the design team and owner. Mark holds a degree in Construction from Hennepin Technical College and has been on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Builders Exchange since 2008.

Peter currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath after joining the company in 2018. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Project Management from the University of Minnesota – Mankato. Peter has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and is OSHA 40 certified. As a Project Manager, Peter works directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Tim Sauro currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Tim holds a degree from the Minneapolis Drafting School and joined the MG McGrath team in 1997. Tom Schoenecker's Bio
Tom Schoenecker currently serves as the Safety and Quality Director for MG McGrath. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health and Safety from the National Labor College, George Meany Center, and over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Tom is responsible for establishing key elements for the advancement of a positive safety culture, management of multiple national scope industrial construction sites and safety staff, audit of job sites for site specific and corporate safety programs, ensurance of personal protective equipment, fall arrest equipment, scaffold system, compliance of designs, OSHA 300 logs, DOT regulated compliance, direction of the accident investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and injury management. Tom provides safety training for field superintendents, foreman and craft workers, writes pre-project safety meetings, provides onsite pre-job labor safety meetings, and facilitates the administration of worker’s compensation and return-to-work programs.
