J-Walt Construction, Inc. was founded on the principles of a team approach, it has always been our goal to work harmoniously with the Owner, Architect, and Project Manager. Our company philosophy is to work constructively with all the members of the project team and establish lasting relationships. We are strong supporters of working collaboratively with school districts and design teams. 

The J-Walt project approach is simple:

1. Listen to the needs of the District, community, and staff;

2. Work with the project team to present, discuss, and recommend solutions that are consistent with the project requirements, schedule and budget;

3. Provide and maintain the same highly qualified staff for the duration of the project.

Our office staff is comprised of school construction and facility planning professionals. We are large enough to provide comprehensive and high caliber service to our clients; however, we are small enough to also provide the personal and consistent services of our senior staff.
