Andrew Shackett's Bio
With 25 years of experience in the environmental and industrial service industries, Mr. Shackett has been exposed to every aspect of the business, in such varied environments as manufacturing facilities, refineries, chemical plants, power plants, or spill and natural disaster sites. His experience includes overseeing T&D, lab pack, remediation, waste reduction (centrifuge-press systems), tank cleaning, emergency and natural disaster response, man hole cleaning, high pressure cleaning, water cutting, chemical cleaning, catalyst inert entry change out, decontamination and demolition, transformer removal and recycling, oil collection and recycling, operated WWT plants, TSDFs, and many small niche services. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. Shackett began working in the industry as an entry level field technician and steadily and diligently worked his way to become the President/CEO. The past organizations that he has led provided a myriad of services to every type of vertical client in the market space throughout North America and overseas. Mr. Shackett has led many mergers and acquisitions, allowing him the unique opportunity to see many different types of company cultures in the industry.
Donna Miller's Bio
With 20 years of experience, Ms. Miller is truly a pioneer in environmental, health and safety. As the leader of Allstate Power Vac’s (APV) regulatory compliance, she has proven to be the expert in regulatory compliance for solid and hazardous waste management. At APV, Ms. Miller oversaw compliance for over 400 vehicles and 350 employees with DOT, EPA / RCRA, OSHA and other regulatory agencies. She was responsible for and provided technical reference to all branch offices and divisions in regards to policies, procedures and regulatory compliance for the company. Ms. Miller’s history included employment by a major hazardous waste management company as the Regulatory Specialist / Health & Safety Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Pollution Treatment and Industrial Hygiene from Rutgers University. Ms. Miller also is a registered Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
Jay Marcotte's Bio
With 20 years of technology experience managing and supporting both International and Domestic technology needs in high tech, waste management, oil and gas, and industrial services, Mr. Marcotte is responsible for all aspects of ACV Enviro’s Information and Technology needs. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for streamlining and improving processes with the use of developed and off the shelf software solutions. With ACV Enviro, he will be focusing on modernizing our field services team with mobile solutions and improved back office workflow tools.
Kevin Sheppard's Bio
With 15 years of experience comprising of operational, financial, and sales roles, Mr. Sheppard is responsible for every aspect of the business development strategy and tactical implementation & execution of said strategy. Throughout his career, he has achieved accelerated career growth, taking on roles of ever increasing responsibility for a multi-national environmental and industrial service company that employs over 1000 business development personnel. Mr. Sheppard has proven to be a top-performing business development leader with experience in driving organic growth, as well as vast experience leading the integration of sales teams from acquired companies to ensure successful and efficient acquisitive growth. He has strong data analytic skills that are supplemented by an ability to present complex data analysis in easy to understand formats.
Terry Earnest's Bio
Terry Earnest is a highly experienced environmental sales professional with 14 years in the industry. He has been responsible for a constant growth and expanding customer base over a large section of companies and a large geographic territory. Mr. Earnest experienced firsthand the need for cost-effective creative solutions as a Branch Manager with Cycle Chem, Inc. and later as a Broker Sales Representative. His previous positions include Customer Service Manager, Laboratory Technician and Labpack/Depack Chemist allowing him to develop his vast knowledge of treatment and disposal services. Always searching for new ways and approaches to meet and exceed expectations while maintaining a large customer base, he lives by the customer first approach. Mr. Earnest earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Tasha Perez's Bio
With 20 years of experience, Mrs. Perez is directly responsible for leading all Human Resources, Recruiting and payroll matters. As the Director of Human Resources, she administers compensation, benefits and performance assessments. She is also responsible for overall staffing management, allocating human resources, and administering employee benefits in a multi-state jurisdiction including states such as Baltimore, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, among others. Mrs. Perez also works with Executive Management and General Managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunities, disciplinary action, and resolving employee/ manager conflicts. She ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations as they pertain to employment and labor law. Mrs. Perez is also responsible for employee relations management and policy development in union and non-union facilities. She serves as management’s representative in collective bargaining and grievance resolution. Prior to joining ACV Enviro in 2014, Mrs. Perez previously held human resource positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Bombardier Transportation and The Xerox Company. She was responsible for labor negotiations and managing all human resource functions. Mrs. Perez holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Jersey State University, a Master of Science in Labor & Employment Law from Pennsylvania State University and is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
