Assembling and delivering compounded sterile preparations.
PharMEDium is an Illinois-based pharmaceutical firm specializing in assembling and delivering compounded sterile preparations. Needing to modernize their existing facility to keep up with increasing demand and regulatory standards, they turned to Greek Development to guide them through the process of building a customized Class A facility.
Greek Development located a site on Stults Road in South Brunswick, New Jersey, acquired and entitled it, working closely with PharMEDium to design the specifications of the building around their specific and unique requirements. The resulting 65,000 square foot facility is a highly specialized, fully air-conditioned and fully secure facility which includes offices, pharmaceutical production and quality control rooms, laboratories and warehouse. After taking occupancy of the building in September of 2015, PharMEDium was acquired by AmerisourceBergen for $2.6 billion.
