Scope Of Work
USACE-Mobile District selected Bates Engineers/Contractors, Inc. to perform turnkey design/build services for this project located in Florida. The facility consisted of team training spaces and common areas on the lower floors and administrative spaces and classrooms on the second floor. The building had a highly intricate communications infrastructure and several access controlled rooms and vaults for secure transmissions. This facility was the first to achieve a LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC on this Florida military installation.
