Scope Of Work
The NCEMC projects were constructed as three separate projects at two locations in North Carolina. Both plants are designed to operate on natural gas and liquid fuel. Aero-derivative turbines serve as the main generation equipment. Bates performed the role of General Construction Contractor responsible for all site construction efforts.
