Scope Of Work
The Starwood Midway project consisted of two each 60MW simple cycle units constructed on a greenfield site in California. Project included installation of all BOP necessary to operate the plant including erection of three(3) 75,000 gallon water storage tanks, aqueous ammonia offloading and storage facility, natural gas service, step-up transformer and high voltage switchyard. Bates served as the General Construction Contractor responsible for all site construction efforts and self-performed over 80% of the contract.
