The Historic Gates Library at Lamar State College – Port Arthur was in need of a expansion. SETEX Construction was hired to ensure the addition met strict historical guidelines The project required a special stone that was procured from a quarry located in the State of Indiana along with elevated floor with a crawl space all to match existing historical facility.
