Scope Of Work
Duration: 15 months
SETEX was honored to be selected by Texas State University System and Lamar University as the construction manager for the re-vitalization of Lamar’s Football Program after a 20 year absence. Along with the new 50,000 sf “state of the art” field house, stadium renovation, new concessions, Morgan Suites, (Private Boxes), and largest electronic scoreboard in Southland Conference making this a SETEX signature project.
