The Lamar Institute of Technology (LIT) in Beaumont, Texas received funding for a new Petrochemical and Advanced Technology Building. LIT selected SETEX Construction Corp. as the Construction Manager at Risk for this state of the art facility. The 2-story 40,000 SF facility contains 17 tech laboratories and 70+ miles of wiring.
