Scope Of Work
TYL started the tenant upfit of this new Harbor Freight, a chain of hardware stores, in May of 2020. TYL first oversaw the interior framing, soffits, and drywall install. All walls were fire-rated and all drywall was fireproofed. We customized the space by installing bathroom accessories, corner guards, doors, a break room, and fixture furring. Finally, TYL painted both the interior and the exterior of the space, including walls, bollards, steel, columns, railings, joists, roof deck kickers, conduit, uni strut, piping, doors/frames, plywood, CMU/brick, and Metal panels.
