Scope Of Work
Scope: (Design/Build) Construct and repair SOCOM Roof - Bldg 501 and 102 totalling appoximately 130,000 SF. Includes demolition and removal of existing roofs and replace with a tapered insulation, hot mopped plys and granular cap sheet. Modify all equipment curbs, roof drains and replace associated flashings and copings.
