Scope Of Work

Broadstreet Contract Services, Inc. had the recent privilege to build a maintenance facility for Ruppert Landscape in Mableton, GA. The scope of work included framing, siding, roofing, finish, the installation of skylights and overhead doors, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system. In addition, BCS installed equipment for Ruppert Landscape, including a hot water pressure washer system and air compressor. Finally, BCS installed a DOT-entrance, egress/exit, and deceleration lane/entry off of a state highway. The project also included the installation of storm drains.
