Scope Of Work
Border Construction provided the fit-up for this shop during the construction of Norby Flats. This space is part of a century-old building and features both modern and historical designs such as exposed brick and steel gutters, an old tin ceiling, and a wall of corrugated steel. A glass door connects it to the building common area, which is shared with the adjoining commercial spaces.
