Scope Of Work
The Sterling Management office was a gut and remodel of an existing 40,000 SF office building. The entire interior was demolished during the Phase 1 portion of the project. Phase 2 consisted of remodeling the space to house Sterling Management and Goldmark Property Management. This is a 2-story office building with 20,000 SF on both floors. The first floor has 3 tenant spaces, which were also included in the project. The first floor holds the corporate training room, IT offices and breakroom. The second floor is primarily office space for Sterling and Goldmark, as well as multiple conference rooms and coffee areas.
