Scope Of Work

In order to address the modern needs of this urban campus and its new tenants, Banta CMC and their
consultants needed to rapidly program, develop and design a comprehensive renovation plan for the building
envelope and surrounding grounds. The pri mary goal of the modernization was to upgrade all of the major
building systems, including the replacement of mechanical, electrical and pl umbing systems along with all
new flooring, ceilings and walls. The project also replaced all exterior wi ndows and storefronts with
low E, gas-filled, high-efficiency units. The site was reconfigured with additional parking and landscaping for
i ncreased parking capacity, while maintai ning attractive landscaped grounds with a park-like feel.
