Scope Of Work
The refreshment of YUM! Brands Worldwide Corporate Headquarters encompassed all three
floors of the facility. The project scope covered all areas of the corporate operations to also
include the Executive Leadership Team. The overall project covered over 82,360 square feet
and was successfully accomplished in ten (10) months. The approach yielded very positive
results that resulted in saving both time and money.
