Scope Of Work
SOLUTION
The project called for the installation of 132 helical tie-back anchors piles to sustain a new vinyl seawall. Coastal projects require sensitive environmental planning and selection of the right anchoring solutions to yield consistent, reliable results.
RESULT
The foresight of Coastal Foundation Solutions to utilize both the experience and products offered by Foundation Technologies paid off with positive results. Our experienced crew enabled the projected plan for pile installation to be completed within the stated schedule. With these expert results, the Tides Condominium coastline will be protected for generations to come.

All helical tie-back anchors installed to 3,300 ft. pounds of torque
