iugis Construction Corporation was formed to provide Owners with an upfront and honest approach to project solutions.  The iugis team is comprised of a group of seasoned professionals who have grown tired of "business as usual" in construction.  Combined with a COO from the automotive industry who is not only an expert in project management but also has utilized true lean techniques for over 20 years.  Terms like "lean" are used because owners like to hear them, iugis will strive to create lean projects through their subcontractor partners.  iugis understands that a project solution is not possible without its subcontractors and values their involvement and partnership to provide the optimal solution.
