Scope Of Work

O&S provided architectural and engineering services for Amerigas Propane to upgrade their existing Miami Metro facility to include BBQ cylinder processing. The existing site include a masonry and precast framed building previously used for fleet maintenance and general mechanic work. The building was renovated to support a propane bottle washing system with a paint spray booth, drying conveyor, bottle sleeving machine, and propane filling carousel.

O&S provided structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, LP Gas, and Pneumatic systems engineering for the renovation of the facility. Architectural services included plan layout to accommodate ADA access and emergency egress within the facility. O&S also provided project management services as the project went through the permit review process. O&S engineers met with the county permit reviewers.
