Scope Of Work
The Indigo Lakes community is located in Broward County, Florida just west of the US-441S between Winston Park Boulevard and Wiles Road in Coconut Creek, Florida. The community was built around 1997/1998 and is made up of three sections Lake Como, Lake St. Croix, and Lake Windermere. O&S Assoicates provided engineering services for a repaving project for a bid containing approximately 34,000 square yards of mill and pave at approximately 1” depth, concrete curb and valley gutter work, and painting totaling a construction cost of approximately $359,000. The proposed construction schedule was approximately 5 weeks duration.
