Scope Of Work
We took an old empty Intel building and turned it into a college. The building had all its feeders and service gear taken out so it was running on the bare minimum. We had to redo new service gear and new transformers as the building had no Neutral.
We did a whole new lighting package with lighting controls.
This was an 8 month Tennant Improvement
