We, Built NW, specialize in being a “Frame Out” company, meaning we are in for more than just one scope on projects. We have found that the market is missing a single source contractor to handle the framing and structural portion of the scope, sheathing and waterproofing, installation of openings (Windows / Doors), and the siding on the project. This allows for the confidence in one person performing the necessary processes to ensure your buildings envelope is properly sealed and installed correctly to protect both your investment and manufacturers warranties. This also ensures a timely install of your exterior with out the delays of contractors pointing fingers at others for what they are supposed have done for their portion of the scope, willingness to correct/fix anything that might not be right when it is approached by the next step in line, and finally the delay in any overlap that is required to complete the scope. (An example of this would be taping windows before window install, installation of windows by separate crew, then the tying in of waterproofing after the window installation is complete and before siding)
