Scope Of Work
Klen Space currently provides Inspection and Maintenance of Street Furniture throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City. This includes Field and Digital Inspections for the different types of assets; Bike Parking, Seating, and Wayfinding. Bike Parking includes Large Hoop Rack, U-Racks / Wave Racks, Black Bike Sled, etc. Seating includes the Backed City Bench, Leaning Bar, etc. And Wayfinding includes Type B–Medium / Area, Fingerposts, etc. Inspection and maintenance includes reporting of assets that needs repairs and/ or replacement, graffiti removal, gum removal, litter removal, wipe down, anti- rust treatment, etc.
